T.C. Bowie Gets Black Eye in a Fight

Jefferson, Sept. 9—T.C. Bowie is nursing a black eye received from a blow by A.G. Wilcox of Todd, the unpleasantness resulting from some remarks made by Mr. Bowie when appearing for the defendant and when Mr. Wilcox was plaintiff. Mr. Bowie states that he caused Wilcox to have to buy a new shirt but bystanders interfered before any more damage was done.
