Durham Jury to Try Former Raleigh Policeman, Nov. 11, 1925

Wyatt Case Gets Started Wednesday. . . Special Venire of 50 from Durham County Ordered by Judge

Durham, Nov. 10—Fifty men of Durham, city and county, were selected as a special venire to try Jesse Wyatt, former Raleigh policeman, for the murder of S.S. Holt of Smithfield.

Immediately after the drawing of the Sheriff’s department began serving the summons upon those selected. They are scheduled to report to the Wake County Superior Court Thursday afternoon by 2:30 o’clock.
