Would Ban “Scanty Attire” Pictures

Charlotte, Nov. 20—Pictures of women in “scanty attire” and display here of “Nehi” advertising posters should be placed under the ban, according to the Mecklenburg grand jury, which today completed its six months’ term of service and was discharged by Judge J.L. Webb.
