Police Officer Found Intoxicated—Dismissed

High Point, Sept. 29 (AP)—T.D. Duff, field representative of the National Association of Policemen, was dismissed from the service last night by H. C. McCown, secretary of the association, when found to be intoxicated. Bot Mr. Duff and Mr. McCown are in the city attending the second annual convention of the North Carolina Chapter, National Association of Policemen.
