Charlotte Youth Caught with Whiskey in His Car

Charlotte, Sept. 13—Buck Caudle, 18-year-old white youth, was arrested early Sunday following an automobile chase which ended when Caudle’s sedan crashed into a telephone pole on the Concord road. Two fruit jars containing liquor were found in the wrecked machine, while broken jars were found in the rear seat.

Caudle was only slightly injured when he wrecked his car, and after treatment to minor cuts about the head, he was taken to the city police station.
