New Year Day is not included in any week or month.

“Correction Day,” one each four years, not included in any week or month.

The remaining 364 days, divided into 13 months of exactly four weeks each, every month commencing on a Monday.

A bill is already in Congress.

The months are January, February, Liberty, March, April, etc.
