Sara Hutcherson, 85, Died at Home of Daughter, Feb. 9, 1921

Reidsville, Feb. 8—Mrs. Sara J. Hutcherson, aged 85 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.T. McCollum of New Bethel, Saturday.

She was the widow of John W. Hutcherson, who preceded her to the grave 18 years ago. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. J.T. Mccollum; five sons, J.S. Hutcherson and R.W. Hutcherson of Reidsville; J.C. Hutcherson of Winston-Salem; J.W. Hutcherson of Danville, Va., and N.F. Hutcherson of Reidsville; also a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hutcherson was well known in Reidsville where she frequently visited her children. She was a woman of strong personality and was faithful to every trust. She was a consecrated member of the Methodist Protestant church at Bethany and held the respect and esteem of everybody.
