Attorneys A.E. Holton and S.E. Hall left this afternoon for Yadkinville to attend the closing session of Yadkinville court. Mr. Holton states that John Harris, admitting guilt of murder in the second degree yesterday on a charge of murdering German Brown, was last evening sentenced to a term of 25 years in the penitentiary. Mr. Holton came in from Yadkinville today to be guest at the meeting of the Kiwanis club, he returning immediately to Yadkinville.
