J.H. Spencer was fined $50 and the costs when he was found guilty in municipal court this morning of operating an automobile while under the influence of whiskey. Trial of Spencer on a charge of aiding and abetting in immoral practices was continued this morning until September 14. Trial of Hubert Wright on a charge of immoral conduct was also continued until September 14.
E.R. Johnson and Howard Parson were found guilty of disorderly conduct when they were tried on a charge of assault. The case was suspended upon the payment of the costs.
D.C. Lane submitted and paid half the costs for operating an automobile without a state license number.
