Rum Runners Are Shot to Death

Knoxville, March 3—Three alleged rum runners were shot to death and another was seriously wounded in a gun battle with Federal officers near Jellico today. W.S. Janes of Taxewell, prohibition agent, is in a hospital here seriously shot. Three other officers were struck by bullets but not seriously hurt.
