Tuesday evening, May 14, at 6 o’clock, Dr. and Mrs. Charles E. Brewer entertained the members of the Senior class at dinner in the college dining hall, which was decorated for the occasion with red roses, the Senior class flower.
The guests found their places by means of attractive and clever placement cards, featuring a bulldog, the Senior mascot, tied with red ribbon, to whose tail was attached a tin can containing questions to be answered in dog terms.
The menu was as follows:
Strawberries in Sugar Basket
Baked chicken

Rolls, Snap Beans on Toast
Creamed Potatoes
Celery
Iced Tea
Fruit Salad
Salted Almonds
Pineapple Shortcake
Miss Ellen Brewer assisted her parents in entertaining.
