Police Chief to Marry Girl He Has Not Seen

Chief of Police Cashwell of Wilmington, N.C., who is in Buffalo, N.Y., attending police chiefs conference, will leave Friday for Los Angeles to marry a girl he has never seen. His romance with Miss Lees Moore of Los Angeles has extended over a period of 25 years and has been conducted entirely by mail.
