Raleigh, June 12—The grand jury in the United States district court today returned an indictment for murder against Eddie E. Hart, a graduate of the University of Chicago, and a former soldier, who is charged with choking to death Angelor Kanaris, a private soldier on the Fort Bragg reservation near Fayetteville on August 31, 1922.
