Granville County’s poll tax, fixed by constitutional limitation all over the state, will remain the same this year as last year, $2. Of this sum $1.50 goes to the school fund and 50 cents goes into the general county fund for the benefit of paupers.
The poll tax does not longer depend upon the county tax rate, but is levied in accordance with the State regulations, and is the same in every county.
