Trial Before Justice Britt to See if Hal Taylor Is Held as Accomplice in Murder, Nov. 6, 1923

Negro to be Tried Today

The case of State vs. Hal Taylor, charged with murder of an old woman near Eureka, will be heard before Justice W.G. Britt today at 10 a.m. to determine whether Taylor shall be held for Superior Court as an accomplice of Herman Hall, who was previously held by the Coroner’s Inquest.
