Imperial Wizard H.W. Evans Meets With Other KKK Officials, Feb. 2, 1924

Meeting of K.K.K. Held in Raleigh. . . No Members of the Order From the State Were Present at the Meeting, It Was Reported

Raleigh, Feb. 2—With Imperial Wizard H.W. Evans present, and many high officials of the organization of the Ku Klux Klan from several states were in session here today and late tonight. The meeting was said to be a regular meeting of the Imperial Kloncillium, and there was nothing for publication.

There were no North Carolinians on the council and no men from the state were at the meeting, it was said.

The officials arrived early this morning, and the meeting was held in a local hotel.
