Wilmington, Nov. 15—The trial of Thomas E. Cooper and J.C. Rourk, former president and cashier, respectively, of the defunct Liberty Savings Bank, was halted after a brief session this morning when Leon L. Motte, court reporter, was called away on business. The case will be resumed at 9 o’clock Monday.
The only event of the day was the cross examination of Cooper, who was still on the stand when court recessed.
