Columbia, Aug. 8—Mrs. Malsey Phelps Skinner brought suit against her husband, George T. Skinner, for divorce in Tyrrell Superior Court Monday, through her attorneys T.H. Woodley and Jerry A. Sawyer, on statutory ground with Rosa Phelps named a co-respondent. Cruelty, drunkness, and non-support were also alleged.
