Asheville, Sept. 24—Sixteen jurors of Buncombe county Superior Court were curtly dismissed Friday by Judge Stack, who told them he never wanted to see them in Superior Court again. Twelve of them returned a verdict of not guilty in a liquor case against a negro woman and a man, and four had voted for acquittal at a previous trial of the same case.
