High Point, Sept. 30—Selection of Lenoir as the 1927 convention city and awarding of the trophy cup to Morganton as the winner of the “test riot call” in which various police departments competed in a contest to determine which could arrive from their home station to the convention headquarters in the shortest length of time, featured the closing session of the North Carolina chapter, National Association of Policemen, here today.
