Wilmington, Nov. 15—The Citizens Bank and Trust company, capitalized at $59,000, closed its doors at 11 o’clock this morning by orders of Clarence Latham, chief bank examiner.
Inability to collect promptly was the reason assigned for the closing of the bank, the business of which was small. The unsecured deposits amounted to $135,000.
J. Horton James was president of the bank and C.J. LeGrand, cashier.
