Sixteen boys of the Chapel Hill school went to the Western North Carolina Hi-Y convention in High Point last week. They were Nat Henry, George Henry, Samuel Paulsen, Henry Brown, Paul Patten, Jo Warren, Williams Merritt, Clarence Sturdivant, Pendleton Harrison, Dick Battle, William McGalliard, Harry McGalliard, Pete Wilson, George Hoefer, Herbert Pendergraft, and Will Perry. Nat Henry was elected vice president of the organization. More than 300 boys attended. The meeting closed with a banquet at the new High Point College.
