L.C. Patterson, who sold his place a few miles north of Chapel Hill a few weeks ago, will live there until the new owner takes possession in the spring. Mr. Patterson has not yet decided where he will live or what he will do, but intends to go into some sort of business. He thinks he may decide to settle in Chapel Hill.
