American Legion Post Installs Club Room, Swimming Pool, Oct. 15, 1921

There may be another legion post in the state more active than the Hickory post, but if there is, such organization must be on its toes most of the time. To equip a club room at a cost of $3,000, to put over a swimming pool at a cost of $8,000, and to keep hustling require courage and intelligent effort, and grit.
