The Lenoir property of J.B. Atkinson, located on North Main street, was sold last week at auction for approximately $22,000. The property was divided into a number of lots and they were bought, it is understood, by people who plan to build homes. The dwelling was bought by J.A. Bush Jr., who intends to move into it.
At the sale a Ford roadster was given away, the winner of the car being Mrs. Jason Hartley.
