Oxford, March 8—The funeral of Mrs. Ann Bullock Fleming, wife of S.A. Fleming, was held this afternoon at Bullock’s church with Rev. B.H. Blalck of Stantonbery, her former pastor, officiating, assisted by Rev. B.E. Aldridge. Interment was made in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Fleming was 68 years old at the time of her death. She was the mother of our townsman, L.B. Fleming.
The active pallbearers were as follows: J.A. Cowan, Frank Crews, A.W. Graham Jr., J.P. Parrott, E.G. Moss, Hal Holman, Lee Clement, and J.E. Pittard. The honorary pallbearers were A.W. Graham, H.H. Bullock, E.L. Crews, Alex Fleming, Dr. Thomas, Dr. Bullock, W.E. Suitt, R.E. Prince, O.D. Lyon, W.E. Dalby, E.R. Crews, Joe Bullock, T.C. Rogers, Frank Hester, Jesse Clement, and D.G. Brummitt.
