George Neely Neel Jr., 11-weeks-old infant of Mr. and Mrs. George N. Neel, died in Charlotte Thursday afternoon. Funeral services were held at Steele Creek Presbyterian Church, Mecklenburg county, Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev. J. M. Walker. The pallbearers were the uncles of the baby, Tally and Guy Neal, Howard and Henry Townsend.
Mrs. Neel before marriage was Miss Idelle Townsend of this county.
