Charging his brothers with a conspiracy to incarcerate him in an insane asylum and seize his estate, John G. Finch, 40, former wealthy High Point man, now a dependent of the Salvation Army at Spartanburg, S.C., seeks $300,000 damages in a complaint to be filed in federal court today.
Summons were issued yesterday for the two brothers in the action, Walter G. Finch and P. D. Finch, prominent mill men of Lexington, and J. Frank Hunsucker, High Point mill man, Thomas J. Finch and wife of High Point, and D. B. Stafford, sheriff of Guilford county who are name co-defendants in the complaint.
