Major-Loomis Lumber Plant in Hertford Shuts Doors Indefinitely, Dec. 3, 1920

The Major-Loomis Lumber Plant shut down at Hertford last week indefinitely with the explanation given that no orders for lumber had forced its closing. This plant is the largest in Hertford and its idleness will be seriously felt among the large number of its employes and their families.
