Mr. W.C. Boyette, County Commissioner, yesterday about noon received some bruises and minor injuries when the car in which he was riding was struck by another car driven by Mr. Rufus Bone and turned over. Mr. Bone was not hurt.
In the car with Mr. Boyette was his wife and two other people. None were badly hurt. Both cars were damaged to some extent.
The cars met at Farmer’s Cross Roads on the Raleigh road some four miles from Wilson, and they just happened to meet, and went together.
