Cost of Feeding Soldiers

Washington, Nov. 11—It cost the United States slightly more than 10 cents a meal for its soldiers during the fiscal year ended last June 30. The daily cost of feeding the soldiers, it was disclosed in the annual report of the quartermaster general made public today, amounted to only $3.65.
