Trinity Music Club's Tour of Eastern N.C. Ends, Dec. 9, 1924

Trinity Musical Club Back from Best Tour in History

Durham, Dec. 8—After completing one of the best tours ever taken by the club. The Trinity Musical Club returned to Durham Sunday morning. The tour extended through the eastern part of the state, the final program being presented at Meredith College, Raleigh, on Saturday evening.

Thirty-six students, including manager Frank Warner Jr. and W.R. Brown, president of the club, made the trip. The entire tour was made in a huge bus which was chartered by the musicians here especially for the trip. The personnel of the company included a glee club, mandolin club, a jazz orchestra, and a classical orchestra. The itinerary of the club included Greenville, Ayden, New Bern, Kinston, Tarboro, and Raleigh.
