Funeral Services for Mrs. White Aug. 7, 1925

Funeral Mrs. White

Funeral services for Mrs. Clinnie White, who died Thursday aft her home on East Fearing street, were conducted Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock at the residence by Rev. C.B. Culbreth, presiding elder of this district of the Methodist Church, and Rev. G.F. Hill, rector of Christ Episcopal Church. A choir comprising Mrs. Noah Burfoot Jr., Mrs. Rob Fearing, Mrs. G.R. Barrow, L.E. Skinner and H.G. Kramer sang “Beautiful Isle of Somewhere” and “Abide with Me.” The floral offerings were numerous and beautiful.

Burial was in the Episcopal Cemetery. Active pallbearers were W.A. Pinner, G.R. Barrow, Rob Fearing, W.D. Glover, J.G. Fearing, D.M. Jones, D. Guy Brockett and Dr. Zenas Fearing. Honorary pallbearers were E.M. Stevens, Capt. B.F. Spence, J.Q.A. Wood, Dr. J.H. White J.T. McCabe, Judge J.B. Leigh, T.B. Wilson, Bruce Martin, G.R. Little, G.R. Bright, C.W. Melick Dr. J.D. Hathaway, W.J. Simmons, C.C. Parker and E.R. Spence.
