Goldsboro, N.C., Aug. 4—Frank B. Bizzell, 65, prominent cotton buyer of this section of the state, dropped dead this morning about 11 o’clock as he was inspecting timber on the farm of one of his sons. Mr. Bizzell, who was a widower, is survived by two sons.
