Mr. J.W. Setzer went to Kinston Sunday. He reported considerable damage to the cotton crop on account of the army worm in the section around Kinston, particularly between La Grange and Kinston. Mr. Setzer says the crops looks as if is cut at least one-third. The trial of the army worm was apparent in most of the fields.
