Durham, Nov. 15—Summons were issued in attachment proceedings instituted in Superior Court Saturday by the Atlantic Supply company, a Raleigh corporation, against the members of the Wofford College athletic association with the object of attaching the Wofford football team’s guarantee for its tame with Trinity as partial settlement of an alleged debt for athletic equipment approximating $1,000.
