Rozier--Friends here of Mr. Walter were surprised to hear of his marriage to Miss Rubie White of Fayetteville, the marriage taking place over in Dillon, S.C., in July. The happy couple returned home as if nothing had happened. Mr. Britt continued to board at his mother-in-law’s, she not having suspected a marriage of Rubie and Walter, so the first of November they revealed the secret marriage to Mrs. Britt’s mother and Mr. and Mrs. D.L. Britt of Rozier, parents of Mr. Britt.
