Washington, April 27 (AP)—Validity of many cities’ negro segregation
ordinances was ordered today before the Supreme Court. The test case heard was
that of the constitutionality of Louisville, Ky., ordinance establishing zones
for whites and negroes. Atlanta, Richmond, New Orleans and other southern
cities have similar ordinances.
