Raleigh, July 14—E.B. Crow, for many years active
vice-president of the Commercial National Bank, Raleigh, now in the bankrupt
court, was one of the 62 applicants who passed the tests and were granted
licenses to sell insurance in North Carolina by the State Insurance Department,
Insurance Commissioner Dan C. Boney reports. Ten of the 72 taking the tests
during the last two weeks of June failed to pass.
