Fire at Henderson
Does Much Damage

Henderson, N.C., Dec. 3—Damage estimated by company
officials at $300,000 was done to the plant of the Union Seed and Fertilizer
Company here this morning. The flames started in a storage warehouse containing
200,000 tons of cotton seed and spread to the fertilizer plant, which was
completely destroyed The loss is covered by insurance.
