Oklahoma City, September 15 (AP)—Mailed fist will descend upon whomsoever opposes Governor Walton in his war on floggings. Assuming all the powers of military dictator, the executive madeit more plain that martial law and state troops will be the answer to any opposition to his members of state legislature if they attempt to convene themselves in extraordinary session to consider the governor’s act will go to jail newspapers in the state that raise a voice against the executive will be muzzled by censorship.
The counties considered by the governor to be hostile to his course will be occupied by troops. This is the plan outlined by Walton and he promised that he spoke no idle threats.
