L.C. Baum Jr.
Last year they had a rising young doctor to be Chief Marshal of the Fair. This year they have picked one of the proprietors of a growing seed business for the job. Mr. Baum will stage the big parade on the opening day of the fair. He is a partner of the Buxton White Seed Company and grew up in Currituck where they know how to farm.
