Very little has been said concerning men for the management of our Publication House. I am taking the liberty to present to the thinking men of our Zion, Rev. Dr. W.S. Foster as manager of our House. Dr. Foster has served Zion well as a successful pastor.
He has experience in the management of business of his own, and at present is president of the Colored Fair Association of Goldsboro, N.C. We feel sure that he can direct that energy and ability in the direction of our Publication House farther on the road to greater success. We fully believe that Dr. Foster is now prepared for the position and will be a credit to his supporters.
