Beader Laura Agnes Carter, 11-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawson Carter, of the Roberta Mill, died at the home of her parents at 7 o’clock Friday night after an illness of four or five weeks. Death was due to meningitis.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3 o’clock at Fairview Church, and burial was made in Fairview cemetery.
