Raleigh, Aug. 6—Despite her 6-month-old babe, Ruth Green, negro, will have to serve 30 days on the roads for bootlegging under a sentence imposed by Recorder Buck Rarris in city court today. The court’s patience broke today, and, arranging to have the baby cared for, ordered the women to the roads.
