Judge Wm. P. Bynum Funeral Jan. 9, 1926

Bynum Funeral to be Held Saturday. . . Services Will be Held at 3 p.m. in Episcopal Church in Greensboro—Many Notables to Attend

Greensboro, Jan. 8 (AP)—Funeral services for Judge Wm. P. Bynum, nationally prominent jurist, who died at his home here late Thursday afternoon following a lingering illness attended by acute dilation of the aorta, will be conducted by Bishop Joseph Blount Cheshire of the North Carolina Diocese, and Rev. C.E. Buxton. Interment will be made in Green Hill Cemetery.

Judge Bynum was 64 years of age and was known well all over the country as a brilliant jurist. He was counsel in some of the largest cases tried in the country in recent years and made many contributions to the law profession. He was a member of the American Bar Association, at one time a member of the executive committee of that association. In recent years he was president of the North Carolina Bar Association.
