Friends of Miss Mary Ridenhour, student at Weaver College, will regret to learn that she was taken ill and was removed to Asheville from Weaverville, where she submitted to an operation for appendicitis. She is resting as well as can be expected.
Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Ridenhour and son, James, went to Asheville Sunday to be with Miss Ridenhour. Her mother remained with her, and Mr. Ridenhour and son returned to Concord last evening.
