Valuable Property Changes Hands in Wilson, Jan. 8, 1924

Valuable Real Estate Is Sold. . . Old Grab Neck Property Brings $21,935 When Put Under Hammer Monday Morning by Atlantic Coast Realty Co.

The Atlantic Coast Realty Company sold the property on Nash street known as the old Grab Neck section at public auction this morning. The total amount realized o the sale of the property was $21,935.

The property, which was formerly owned by Mr. R.G. Briggs and others, was divided into 26 lots, all of which faced on Nash street. This property was purchased by Mrs. Cora M. Dupree, Mrs. Sarah E. Griffin and Messrs. Troy T. Barnes, J.C. Eagles and H.P. Yelverton.

The Atlantic Coast Realty Company also sold at auction today a store property owned by L.P. Bunn on Nash street to Mr. G.W. Whitehead. The property brought $3,000.

One lot on Nash street was sold for Mrs. C.C. Harris and was purchased by Mrs. Katherine F. Maywood. The purchase price was $1,920.

One house and lot, the property Mrs. R.J. Jones, was bought by Mr. W.F. Ferrell for $5,525. The house and lot is a part of the old Christian College property.
