Edgecombe Market, Wake Motor Company Incorporated, July 20, 1924

New Corporations

Raleigh, July 19—The office of the secretary of state has issued the following charters: Edgecombe Market. Incorporated, Tarboro, with authorized capital of $10,000 and $4,000 subscribed by Swindell-Fulford Co., and A.S. Fulford of Washington, and L.D. Langley and W.C. Douglas of Tarboro.

Wake Motor company, Raleigh, with authorized capital of $25,000 preferred stock and 750 shares of common stock without nominal or par value with three shares subscribed by H. Ray Fishel, Paul N. Neal, and F.E. Weaver, all of Raleigh.

The Farmers’ Gin company of Whitakers, Incorporated, Whitakers, with authorized capital of $10,000 and $10,000 subscribed by E.R. Bradley, Whitakers; I.T. Wood, Marion, S.C.; and S.P. Wood, Selma.

Amendment to charter of Fruitland Orchard company, Raleigh, increasing the capital stock from $50,000 to $100,000.
