When the results of the lyceum ticket sale contest were tabulated Tuesday evening at 6 o’clock it developed that Miss Blanche Teague turned in the most cash, and, therefore, was the winner of the first prize in the contest, a beautiful box of candy. There were 10 girls in the contest and four premiums were offered. The contest began October 19th, when the first lyceum number was advertised and tickets offered for sale. Season tickets only were offered until the day preceding the appearance of the production. Considerable rivalry was developed the sale of tickets was gratifying.
Miss Ola Gentry won second prize, Miss Annie Dyer won third prize, and Miss Mary Akin won fourth prize.
